Watlee Construction built our home in Southern Martin County. It was a breathe of fresh air to work with a knowledgeable builder who made sure that the small details were just as important as the big ones. Our Project Manager contacted us everyday with updates and we received daily notes from the Superintendent. We were living in Southern Palm Beach County which was over a hour away, when our home was being constructed. It always made me feel very confident that the job was being done correctly with all of the constant communication. I contracted with Watlee Construction to renovate my personal residence.Ryan took care of every detail of the construction process. He contracted the Architect to have the plans and construction documents created. His team created a budget based on the plans and specifications. My wife worked with their in-house designer, and we were assisted every step of the way. They created a collaborated idea book on Houzz for my wife and I. Everything we found online, we were able to put into that Ideabook which was very helpful in translating our ideas to Watlee Construction. I would recommend them to anybody that has construction needs. Our project was something that meant the world to us and I always felt that Ryan and his team understood that and had our best interest in mind.
